Responsibilities:
\- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, continence care and dressing
\- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
\- Administer medications as prescribed by the client's healthcare professional
\- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
\- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
\- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
\- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
\- Document client care activities and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements

\- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
\- Compassionate and caring nature
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
\- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
