The role

We're growing, and we're looking for experienced Car Sales Executives to join the team at our Towcester store.

You'll sell and deliver used cars, look after customers from first contact through to handover, and build the kind of rapport that brings people back. It's a fast\-paced store and the earning potential is genuinely uncapped by effort — commission covers units sold and delivered, F\&I products, and customer satisfaction bonuses.

What you'll need

• Strong face\-to\-face customer service skills


• A quick, natural ability to build rapport


• Confident on the phone and in a negotiation


• Reliable, well\-presented, and committed


• A real drive to hit and beat targets
