Capability Manager — Build Our People

Be the engine that turns potential into performance. You’ll design competency frameworks, run assessments, and build development programs that boost productivity, readiness and career growth.
What you’ll do
\- Create and maintain competency models and career paths.
\- Select/run assessments (360s, simulations) and turn results into action.
\- Design and deliver blended learning: workshops, coaching, on\-the\-job projects.
\- Lead Talent Reviews, support succession and IDP processes.
\- Ensure learning sticks with performance support and follow\-up.
Who you’ll work with
Director of HR, HRBPs, HR COE, senior managers and teams.
What we’re looking for
\- Experience in competency frameworks, assessments and development programs.
\- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, O365 skills.
\- Understanding of manufacturing/product\-driven businesses.
\- Excellent facilitation, influencing and data\-driven mindset.
\- Ukrainian language MUST HAVE
