Build and manage the workforce behind our temporary recruitment clients. Compass Talent is building a specialist temporary recruitment and workforce division across travel, hospitality and leisure.

We're looking for a highly organised Candidate Manager who can help us build and manage a reliable temporary workforce. This role is fundamentally different from permanent recruitment.

We're not simply looking for candidates. We're looking for people who are: Available. Compliant. Reliable. Suitable. Engaged.

The opportunity

You'll help build candidate communities across our specialist sectors and maintain them so that when a client needs staff, we can respond quickly.

What you'll be responsible for

• Sourcing temporary workers


• Advertising temporary vacancies


• Screening candidates


• Conducting candidate calls


• Checking availability


• Building candidate pools


• Managing candidate databases


• Maintaining candidate engagement


• Supporting onboarding


• Coordinating right\-to\-work and compliance processes


• Confirming workers for shifts


• Monitoring attendance


• Managing cancellations and replacements


• Communicating shift information


• Reactivating existing workers


• Supporting temporary recruitment consultants


• Maintaining accurate CRM records

Speed matters typically a client will contact us at 10:00am and need 15 people tomorrow.

Your job is to help us answer "Who do we have available?" You should enjoy working at pace and solving problems.

Pay: £32,000\.00\-£80,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
