Campaigns Manager (Sales)
Full Time in the office initially - with a option to go hybrid after probation.

We're working with an award winning content agency looking for a Campaigns Manager (Sales) to join its commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, getting in front of senior decision-makers and creating campaigns that deliver real value for clients.
What's the role?
You'll be responsible for developing new business and selling advertising campaigns across an established portfolio of media brands.
From finding new prospects and making those first calls, through to pitching, negotiating and closing the deal, you'll own the sales process and build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships.
You'll also work closely with editorial, creative, design and production teams to make sure campaigns are delivered successfully.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a background in media sales, advertising sales or a similar commercial role, who is confident picking up the phone and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come along.
You'll ideally have:
- A proven track record in new business and hitting sales targets
- Experience with cold calling and self-generated leads
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and plenty of drive
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple opportunities
- A proactive, resilient and positive approach
- A genuine interest in the media and advertising landscape
