Cafe Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our new vibrant café team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable experiences for every guest. This is a full time position, scheduled hours 8AM \- 5PM.

Duties

• Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high\-quality service


• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel


• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards


• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety practices are followed


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service


• Train team members on hospitality best practices, food safety protocols, and customer engagement


• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café space in compliance with health regulations

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or café management with supervising responsibilities


• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, bartending, and serving roles


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively


• Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes


• Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable


• Skilled in kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and barista services


• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
