Are you a passionate and experienced café professional ready to lead a premium, coffee\-focused outlet? We’re on the lookout for an energetic and detail\-driven Cafe Manager to head up our coffee\-led café, offering exceptional barista\-crafted drinks and a carefully curated artisan food menu.

About the Role:

You'll be the face of the café, ensuring consistency, creativity, and community in everything from the morning flat whites to the lunchtime sourdough toasties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operation of a high\-standard café with a focus on exceptional specialty coffee and fresh, artisan\-style food


• Deliver a consistent, premium experience to a professional clientele in a busy office environment


• Ensure operational excellence including stock control, compliance, and bookwork.


• Liaise with on\-site reception team and leadership to meet evolving corporate needs


• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify cost\-saving opportunities without compromising quality.


• Build strong relationships with clients and customers, gathering feedback to enhance service.

About You:

• Barista trained with hands\-on experience managing a high\-volume, specialty coffee environment


• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and leading from the front


• Able to thrive in a professional, fast\-paced setting while maintaining a calm and friendly energy
