Our venue is home to dynamic events, live performances, and art exhibitions, but that’s not all, we also offer a fun, vibrant café experience with a kids' soft play area that’s the perfect escape for little ones. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Café Supervisor who’s ready to lead the café, keep the coffee flowing, manage the play area, and make every visit a memorable one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the Café: Lead​ing a team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to every guest.


• Brew\-tiful Coffee: Create and serve top\-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring each drink is made to perfection.


• Manage Kids’ Soft Play: Supervise the soft play area, ensuring it’s safe, clean, and fun for children. Provide excellent customer service to parents and kids alike!


• Stock Control: Keep track of inventory, ensure the café is well\-stocked, and reorder supplies when needed to keep everything running smoothly.


• Keep it Clean \& Organi​sed: Maintain a clean and organi​sed café area, including the soft play space, ensuring everything looks great and meets health and safety standards.


• Cash \& Transactions: Handle customer transactions accurately, process orders through the POS system, and ensure the café is financially organi​sed.


• Customer Care: Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude, answer questions, and make sure everyone has a fantastic experience, whether they’re grabbing a coffee or watching their kids play.

• Leadership Skills: You’re a natural leader who can manage a team, keep everything running smoothly, and lead by example.


• Coffee Lover: You know how to make a perfect espresso, latte, and everything in between.


• People Person: You love engaging with customers, making sure both parents and kids have a great time in the café and soft play area.


• Organi​sed \& Efficient: You can juggle multiple tasks (managing stock, making coffee, supervising the soft play area) with ease.


• Safety Conscious: You’ll ensure that the kids’ soft play area is safe, clean, and fully supervised.


• Flexible: You’re ready to work evenings​ \& weekends, because the action never stops at Theatre of Light!


• Bonus Points: Experience managing teams or cafés, and a passion for working with children.

Pay: €35,000\.00\-€40,000\.00 per year
