Cafe Manager

Duties

• Supervise daily cafe operations, including food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, and cleaning procedures


• Lead and motivate a diverse team of baristas, cooks, servers, and support staff to achieve operational excellence


• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies to ensure smooth service continuity


• Uphold strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and presentation that meets quality standards


• Oversee customer service interactions to guarantee a welcoming environment and resolve any issues promptly


• Train new team members on operational procedures, safety practices, and customer service excellence

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities


• Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production knowledge.


• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff


• Deep understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices


• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff and front\-of\-house team.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
