· If you’re an experienced Manager or Supervisor with a background in hospitality and people leadership, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for individuals who lead with care, pride, and a genuine passion for looking after our customers.

• The Cafe Manager will lead the team in ensuring the cafe operates effectively. They will provide exceptional customer service and assist in training the team to provide consistent customer service.


• Leading the front of house team in ensuring service runs smoothly and the appropriate preparations are in place for every shift.


• Must ensure that our brand standards and SOP’s are adhered to in order to deliver exceptional customer experience.


• Build the team through training and development.


• Always ensures customer satisfaction and product quality.


• Manages safety and security within the restaurant. Ensures that staff are trained and current in terms of how to handle safety procedures.


• You will work closely with our Hospitality Manager to deliver on our values \& culture.

• 3\+ years of managerial experience in a similar fast paced environment


• Customer service experience


• Experience in hiring, training and developing staff


• Experience with handling Cash

• Ability to manage store operations independently and work on own initiative.


• Ability to manage effectively in a fast\-paced environment


• Ability to multi\-task effectively.


• Deep knowledge of customer service techniques and ability to express these to staff


• Strong operational skills in a customer\-service environment


• Ability to roster the team based on our targeted budgets.

Pay: €34,000\.00\-€36,000\.00 per year
