Cable Install Engineer (Full Time)

Vocosa is hiring a hands\-on data and fibre cable install engineer to deliver AV, IT and CCTV projects in the South East.

This is a physical, field\-based role involving site work and manual handling. It is not a desk\-based or helpdesk position.

The role is Monday to Friday 08:00\-18:00 with the option of half day hours on a Friday (08:00\-13:00\). Occasional weekends (overtime rates).

What you’ll be doing

· Installing data and fibre cable, AV, IT, CCTV and access control systems on\-site

· Leading or supporting installations from start to finish

· Working from plans and adapting to site conditions

· Troubleshooting issues during installs

· Supporting junior engineers on larger projects

· Interacting with clients and maintaining professional standards

What we’re looking for

· Experience in data and fibre cabling, AV, IT, CCTV or similar installation work

· Ability to work independently and take ownership on\-site

· Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail

· Reliable, punctual and comfortable in a physical role

Essential requirements

· Full UK driving licence

· Right to work in the UK

· Willing to undergo enhanced DBS checks

· Willing to obtain ECS / CSCS card
