Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced C\+\+ Developer to development of high\-performance backend systems within our Game platform. This role combines hands\-on engineering excellence with technical responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C\+\+, distributed systems, and high concurrency server applications, with the ability to contribute strategically to architecture decisions and long\-term technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and evolution of technology strategies, roadmaps, and system reviews, while identifying and implementing innovative solutions.


• Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high\-performance solutions, ensuring the ability to handle demanding workloads.


• Collaborate closely with front\-end developers and cross\-functional teams to design and implement efficient APIs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.


• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and horizontal scaling for performance\-critical services.


• Establish and promote coding standards, review processes, and engineering best practices.


• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in C\+\+ backend development.


• Extensive experience with multi\-threading and concurrency.


• Experience building high\-load server applications, particularly using TCP\-based protocols.


• Solid experience with relational databases (SQL\-based systems), including query optimization and schema design.


• Familiarity with web security best practices, ensuring secure coding and application design.


• Experience working with game products or similar performance\-critical applications is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with Oracle databases or similar enterprise\-level database systems is a plus.


• Proficient in Chinese is a plus.
