What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering a premium sales experience from first contact to handover


• Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers


• Identifying customer needs and matching them with the perfect BYD


• Reaching and exceeding individual and team sales targets


• Keeping up to date with the latest BYD innovations and technologies


• Handling finance, insurance, and upsell opportunities with confidence and integrity

• Proven track record in sales (automotive experience essential)


• A passion for customer service and luxury vehicles


• Confident, motivated, and target\-driven personality


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Full UK Driving Licence
