What you'll be doing
You will play a key role in supporting product development, merchandising, supplier management, and product administration across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Raising and managing purchase orders for samples, tooling, and selected stock orders
- Creating and maintaining accurate product data including pricing, MOQs, lead times, dimensions, and supplier information
- Supporting supplier communication and assisting with commercial negotiations where required
- Managing vendor onboarding and ensuring all supplier documentation is completed accurately
- Supporting product launches through the creation of training materials, product release packs, and go to market documentation
- Maintaining product range plans and ensuring system information remains accurate and up to date
- Producing reports, analysis, and insights to support decision making within the Product team
- Building strong working relationships across departments and becoming a trusted point of contact for product related queries
- Developing expertise across systems including Acumatica, Power BI, EazyStock, and other business tools
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI driven efficiencies within the function.
What we're looking for

You'll likely have:
- Previous experience within a Buying, Merchandising, Product Administration, Supply Chain, or similar commercial support role
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong numeracy and analytical thinking
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in products
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Confidence building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- An interest in technology, automation, and AI tools that can improve the way teams work
