Samsung Hospitality UK (SHUK) is a travel agency specializing in business trip services for corporate clients, and is currently recruiting agents who can provide business trip\-related services such as flight and hotel bookings or consulting. If you have always been interested in travel, you are welcome to apply.

What you will do

• Use of Booking system (Amadeus GDS)


• Handling domestic and international flights, rails and Car hire.


• Hotel reservation and Prepay


• Ticketing/Reissue/Refund


• LCC carrier Booking


• Handling of travel requests


• EMD issue


• Understanding specific Customer’s travel policy


• Group / VIP bookings


• Booking Chauffeur services


• Create and modify traveller profiles

• Approachable with a good attitude and customer relationships


• Strong ability of multitask


• Being able to handle large volumes of emails and chat


• Ability to identify and solve problems before they occur


• Be able to prioritize and show good work management skills in a fast\-paced, heavy volume working environment


• Fluent in Korean and English (speaking and writing)

· Training will be provided

· Previous experience as a Travel Consultant is preferred

· A background in reservation, customer service and assistant roles preferred.

· Korean language skills are essential.

· Maternity cover (1 year)

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
