Business Systems Manager

SAP Landscapes is a growing PE\-backed landscaping and grounds maintenance business with approximately 375 employees across six divisions nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to drive smarter processes, better reporting and improved use of our technology platforms.

This is a business improvement and digital transformation role — not an IT support position reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will work across operations, finance, HR and commercial teams to streamline processes, integrate systems, automate reporting and turn data into meaningful business insights.

Role: Business Systems Manager (Part\-Time)

Location: Maynooth, Co. Kildare (Hybrid Possible)

Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days, flexible)

Salary: €40,000–€52,000 p.a. pro\-rata (€70,000–€90,000 FTE) \+ performance bonus

Contract: Permanent with potential to develop into a full\-time role

About You:

You will have experience in business systems, BI, data analytics, ERP or digital transformation, ideally within an SME or operational envioronment. You will be comfortable combining strong technical skills (Power BI, SQL, data integration) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and redesign business processes to remove inefficiencies and manual work.


• Develop Power BI dashboards and improve management reporting.


• Integrate data across systems including ERP, HR, operations, fleet, and project management platforms.


• Deliver automation and digital improvement projects.


• Work with external software providers and developers to enhance business systems.


• Identify opportunities to utilise AI and modern technology solutions.

Package:

• Salary: €40,000–€52,000 p.a. pro\-rata (€70,000–€90,000 FTE)
