You'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that help drive business success. Partnering with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into clear requirements that shape platform enhancements and technology initiatives. In this role, you'll analyze business processes, define and refine requirements, and help ensure solutions align with strategic objectives. Your ability to simplify complex concepts, facilitate collaboration, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams will be critical to delivering successful outcomes.

This is a hybrid work opportunity. ES has offices in Oakland, CA; Orange, CA; New York, NY; Portland, OR; Chicago, IL; and Boston, MA.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Collaborate with minimal guidance with internal and external stakeholders to understand, clarify, and document business needs </li>
</ul>

<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Partner with domain experts and engineers to support solution design for moderately complex technical problems </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Prepare and maintain well‑documented functional specifications, workflows, mock-ups, and user stories </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Maintain and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with business priorities </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities to support alignment between business priorities and development capacity </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Analyze current product workflows and evaluate opportunities for improvement based on business needs and system capabilities </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by developing test cases, facilitating execution, and validating requirements against delivered solutions </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Track and analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate solution performance and identify improvement opportunities </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Participate in retrospective discussions and contribute recommendations to improve team processes and delivery outcomes </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Participate in prototyping and proof‑of‑concept efforts to validate solution approaches and workflows </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in requirements, documentation, and delivery practices </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Support adoption of Agile best practices by reinforcing consistent standards across teams </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assist and guide junior analysts by sharing knowledge, providing feedback and supporting skill development </li>
</ul>
 
 Minimum Qualifications: (Quantifiable Skills i.e Years of experience) 
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 2;">Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related or technical field </li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 2;">Five years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a closely related role </li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 2;" data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Experience working within the Agile development lifecycle, collaborating with cross functional teams </li>
