Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Business Support Trainee, you will join our Procurement team in Porto, supporting the management of key operational processes. You will be balancing creative workflows with administrative tasks in your daily work.

• Innovation Support: Support the development of projects involving digitalization and innovation


• Presentation Support: Create reports and presentations using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Maintain and organize documentation to support team activities


• Communication \& Coordination: Collect, update, and share relevant information to support internal communication; Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow


• Event Management \& Logistics: Plan, prepare, and organize internal

events (e.g., meetings, events, workshops, trainings, presentations), including the associated logistics, as well as the compilation of all necessary information and documents

• Administrative Purchasing Support: Support purchasing activities, including order processing via SAP and internal tools; Assist in monitoring procurement workflows and maintaining accurate records

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to share information effectively and professionally. You feel comfortable with presentations and managing multiple pieces of information and tasks proactively.

• Education: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Language Studies, or an equivalent field of studies – an MBA would be a plus; Knowledge of basic business concepts


• Tools: Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel \& PowerPoint). Tableau is a plus, as well as familiarity with AI tools


• Working Style: You have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail during your daily tasks


• Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory)
