As a Business Support Manager / Office Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily operations across our stores, supporting the project team, and driving new business opportunities. You will combine operational leadership with client and supplier engagement to support growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the effective management of multiple retail stores.
- Provide leadership and support to store managers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
- Source and engage new clients, suppliers, and business opportunities to expand trading activities.
- Manage client referrals and enquiries, creating tailored project plans to meet customer needs.
- Support the management team in meeting submission deadlines by preparing and uploading required project documentation.
- Take ownership of the submission process and ensure accurate documentation for all measures of each project.
- Monitor performance across stores, track KPIs, and implement improvements.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maintain strong business relationships.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and business growth strategies.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer\-focused approach (other languages will add more value).
- Ability to manage documentation, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and travel between stores when required.
- Previous experience in office role
- Strong background in business development and client relationships.
- Experience managing budgets, stock, and supplier relationships.

Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
