Business Support Digital Content Creator
Business Support Digital Content Creator
The Company:
The Lock Father Ltd is a well\-established business working across the UK. Established in 2011, our business has grown over the years, and we now cater for a number of large, high\-profile customers and have contracts for organisations across the UK. Our commercial work includes (but is not limited to) 'method of entry'/specialist entry \- dealing with forfeitures, ‘squats’ and evictions as well as site monitoring/engineering, property management. We pride ourselves on excellent, first\-class customer care \- no matter what the job or who the customer is and our reviews across the board will reflect this.
As with most businesses today, we utilise online content as much as possible and this has proved, in the past, a reliable way of reaching new customers and expanding our work. Our online content needs to match our delivery of the work we offer – therefore, it is crucial to have our approach online clean, professional, targeting the right people at the right time, adapting to the audience’s needs/wants (including understanding the limitations/expectations of each social media service).
The pay is competitive and is subject to a review negotiation dependent on evidenced skills and if the work created proves successful in terms of new business. Bonuses may also be rewarded.
The role will predominately be office\-based (in Basildon) and may include some fieldwork with some of our front\-line team or partners.
You will have the ability to make this role your own – we want you to bring ideas to us rather than us telling you what to do. As Albert Einstein said, ‘*Creativity is seeing what others see and thinking what no\-one else has ever thought’*.
The Role:
As our business grows – so does our team. We are searching for a digital content creator who can create engaging content for the company (and all associated companies) across all of the social media platforms as well as using ‘old school’ methods such as email/leaflets. You will be responsible for updating all social media platforms, monitoring the ever\-changing market – both in terms of the business and online content. You will be able to navigate algorithms and seek to connect to a wide audience range.
We want you to take control of our content, help build our online presence, identify new opportunities and continue the growth of our established business. This will involve researching prospective clients, targeting specific market\-led developments and generating revenue.
This is a new role for us, so we need you to take the lead – be creative, bring ideas and pitches, be confident in your ability and have a desire to create something significant.
