About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to business growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business, managing client accounts, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

· Present company products, services, and solutions to prospective customers.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing information tailored to customer requirements.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to client onboarding and ongoing account management.

· Negotiate commercial terms and successfully convert opportunities into active business accounts.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM systems.

· Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

· Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, customer relationship management, or a similar commercial role.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

· Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

· Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales activities simultaneously.

· Good organisational and time\-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
