Business Sales Executive

GSPJ LTD Trading as Orsett Store is a busy retail store and licensed Post Office providing food, beverages, tobacco products, and everyday essentials to the local community. We are looking for a motivated and target\-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business • Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow\-ups professionally • Maintain accurate sales records and reports • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events where required • Work towards monthly and annual sales targets

• Graduate or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Self\-motivated, confident, and target\-oriented • Good IT and numerical skills • Commercial awareness and professional attitude
