Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and develop customised sales proposals
- Present product or service offerings persuasively, demonstrating clear value propositions
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and update client information accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that optimise sales performance
- Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring new team members
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry sector
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
- Self\-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
- Organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
