As Business Process Specialist you are part of the Supply Chain team of La Lorraine Bakery Group within the Business Unit (BU) Frozen. This BU is one of the European market leaders for frozen bake\-off products in retail and foodservice, with the ambition to further transform the bakery market worldwide.
The Business Process Specialist is responsible for analyzing, improving and implementing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals. He/she is the key user of SAP and other platforms used within the Supply Chain Organisation.
De functie
Your responsibilities as Business Process Specialist are:
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Map and document end\-to\-end processes using standard methodologies
- Lead and support process improvement projects in Supply Chain (primary focus: Sales \& Distribution)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., operations, IT, supply chain, finance)
- Design, test and implement improvement and digital transformation initiatives, including automation and system implementation projects
- Train and support teams in new or updated processes
- Be the first line support person for the specialists in the operational teams in case of errors or new flows.
- Maintain process documentation and governance frameworks
- You hold a master’s degree in an economic orientation or equivalent through experience
- You have a first professional experience as business process specialist / key user
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, you love to work in systems and you’re good at it. Attention to detail is key.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management skills to deliver the projects in full on time
- Experience with SAP as a key user is a must
- You speak and write in English and Dutch fluently
- You have good communication skills and are able to connect well within the organisation and IT.
