Business Performance and Development Manager

- Reporting on and engaging in business activity and performance to Owners and Senior Management
- Producing data insights to support management decisions
- Finance reporting and business strategy support
- Analysis of accurate record keeping
- Sales analysis
- Marketing analysis
- Tracking revenue, costs and staff performance and key KPIs
- Implementation and management of Bonus schemes
- Producing accurate management information
- Conferring with support and tracking website and portal performance
- CRM development and reporting on performance
- Event management (and coordination) particularly niche/corporate events
- Business development \- particularly high net worth/niche/corporate/influencer events.
- Analyse current business performance data, liaising with Owners to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and increase profitability
- Monitor teams across various departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals
- Provide clear visual progress charts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through innovative initiatives and best practice sharing
- Collaborate with senior management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress against targets
- Oversee project management activities related to business development initiatives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to support organisational growth
- Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, project outcomes, and strategic recommendations for executive review
- Proven supervisory experience in a leadership role within a similar industry or organisational setting
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive performance improvements
- Proven background in management principles, team leadership, and organisational development
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into easily read and understood documents.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in project management is highly desirable
The role will require careful integration to join an existing small but hardworking team. While looking for growth and improvement in all areas, this role will need to be executed with sensitivity and light touch.
Pay: £37,000\.00 per year
