Location: Leicester, LE1
Salary: up to £40k per annum
Reports to Managing Director
We are looking for an organised, execution focused Business Operations Manager to work directly with the Managing Director and wider leadership teams to improve the operational clarity, accountability and project execution across the business.
This role is tailor made for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into action. You will need to create structure, drive follow ups, improve visibility across teams and ensure priorities move from discussion to delivery.
The ideal person is calm, methodical, commercially aware and highly organised and critically loves creating order from complexity, building systems and coordinating people.
Key responsibilities
- Translate leadership discussions and business priorities into clear actions and deliverables
- Create ownership, timelines and accountability across teams
- Track progress and ensure priorities are completed on time
- Proactively identify blockers and escalate issues where needed
- Follow up relentlessly to close loops and maintain momentum
- Own and improve internal operating workflows
- Improve operational visibility across multiple workstreams
- Develop repeatable systems and processes to reduce chaos and improve efficiency
- Ensure clear documentation and communication of priorities
- Coordinate activity across teams and departments
- Support senior leaders in aligning around priorities and execution
- Run weekly meetings, action logs, and reporting cadences
- Ensure meeting outcomes translate into measurable actions
- Act as a strategic execution partner to the Managing Director
- Help filter operational noise and ad hoc requests
- Create clarity around priorities so leadership can focus on growth, clients, innovation, and strategic decision\-making

Ideally you will have experience in some of the following areas:
Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Project or Programme Management, Agency or Studio Operations, Delivery Management, PMO (Project Management Office), Executive Assistant / Executive Operations roles, COO or leadership team support
Experience working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial or scaling business is highly desirable.
