We are strengthening TMC Stockholm and are looking for a Business Manager with full business responsibility. In this role, you drive the business from the first contact to long\-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right project, the right client, and sustainable development. With us, there is a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within that framework, you have significant autonomy. We don't dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.

This is a role for someone who:

• Drives B2B sales methodically and with a long\-term perspective

• Builds trust at the decision\-making level


• Works closely with employeneurs and ensures that projects align with both business and career goals


• Has full responsibility for your team – including development and recruitment


• Drives yourself without the need for micromanagement


• Thrive in building rather than managing


• Has an entrepreneurial and result\-oriented mindset


• Experience from consulting or professional services companies is an advantage, especially in roles close to complex client deliveries


• We assume that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
