YOUR MISSIONS:

As part of the development of SII Group Portugal, we are strengthening our commercial team by welcoming a Business Manager.

You will play a key role in the success of the SII project in Portugal, combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will focus on two main areas:

B* usiness: manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability.
(

prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management)

R

• ecruitment and management: contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support and follow up with your team members.

YOUR PROFILE

M* aster’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)

E

• xcellent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken

• nitial experience in sales and recruitment

• trong listening and organizational skills

• ynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and responsive
