Business Manager - Private Debt

<p>The Business Manager supports the CFO of StepStone Private Debt (SPD) in his day-to-day activities and acts as link between SPD Management and the Corporate Accounting Team of the group.</p>
<h3>Essential Job Functions:</h3>
<p>The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented individual. Specific duties include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure Corporate Accounting receives all required business information</li>
<li>Review Financial Reporting by Corporate Accounting for SPD on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Support Corporate Accounting in preparing full year local and consolidated financial statements for SPD</li>
<li>Responsible for SPD Management Reporting</li>
<li>Coordinate with group SPD Planning (Budget, Forecast)</li>
<li>Lead ad-hoc analysis for SPD Management</li>
<li>Optimize SPD revenue reporting and other processes</li>
<li>Participate in improvement projects within SPD and as SPD representative at group level</li>
<li>Coordinate move of SPD regulatory financial reporting and SPD tax reporting/planning to group</li>
<li>Oversight regulatory financial reporting of SPD entities prepared by group</li>
<li>Oversight SPD tax reporting/planning by group</li>
<li>Continually assess areas for improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Other projects and duties as needed</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting</li>
<li>Minimum of eight years of professional experience in multi-national organization</li>
<li>Must be sharp, articulate and highly motivated</li>
<li>Must be a team player</li>
<li>Highly proficient in using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment and company information</li>

<li>Professional demeanor and an ability to work well in a team environment</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to learn and implement new programs and processes</li>
