£35,000 basic salary, uncapped commission with £70,000 OTE, plus a company car

We’re looking for an energetic and commercially focused Business Manager to join our growing team at our busy Hinckley branch.

Our impressive online presence, supported by dedicated inbound and outbound telesales teams, generates a consistently high volume of customer appointments. Working closely with the sales team, you will second\-face customers at the appropriate stage of their journey, helping to secure the sale while maximising finance and add\-on product opportunities.

The role
------------

Your responsibilities will include:

• Second\-facing customers and supporting Sales Executives in closing deals


• Identifying opportunities to increase finance penetration


• Presenting finance options clearly, professionally and compliantly


• Promoting V12’s range of add\-on products


• Handling customer objections and helping structure suitable deals


• Ensuring every customer receives a consistent and professional presentation


• Supporting the sales team with coaching, deal progression and closing techniques


• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all activity meets FCA and company requirements


• Working closely with the wider management team to achieve branch targets

The ideal candidate

You will be:

• An experienced automotive Business Manager, Transaction Manager or senior sales professional


• Commercially driven, confident and comfortable engaging with customers


• Experienced in presenting finance and additional products


• A strong closer with excellent objection\-handling skills


• Able to coach and support Sales Executives


• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment


• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high compliance standards


• In possession of a full UK driving licence
