Business Manager
Due to an internal appointment here at Barlow Motors SEAT \& CUPRA were looking for a hands on Business Manager to help support and drive our sales team.
Were looking for an experienced automotive individual that is looking for there next move and wants to be part of our progressive, inclusive and high performing business.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for driving performance and income through finance sales and value add products ensuring that all sales are completed not only in accordance with the Barlow sales process but in line with all relevant and required legislative and compliance requirements. During times of absence you will also be responsible for taking control of the department supporting the sales manager.
The role is fast paced and dynamic with hungry and enthusiastic sales team you will be responsible for ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently and where needed stepping in and supporting sales people with second facing and customer handling skills, this is not a sit in the office and observe role!

Package for role includes basic and performance related bonus paid monthly against achievement of specific KPI measures. A company vehicle will also be provided.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year
