Business Enabling Key User Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Enabling Key User. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on\-site with the client, supporting their teams and driving business improvements while embodying our core values and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support specific teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance, etc.) in their daily activities by providing training, preparing support materials, and assisting Team Leaders with coaching sessions.


• Assist teams in complex business cases and identify areas for improvement.


• Actively listen to business domains, capture and challenge change requests, formalize them into RFCs or project proposals, document requirements, contribute to prioritization, and support testing and change management upon deployment.


• Participate as a business representative in projects by gathering requirements, testing developments, and delivering training sessions.


• Translate changes into clear work instructions and business processes, ensuring effective change management.


• Facilitate business operations by performing change management, developing and delivering training (including for newcomers), conducting refresh training, creating support materials, documenting processes, and supporting coaching sessions.


• Optimize business processes by identifying and implementing quick wins, acting as 2nd or 3rd line support in difficult cases, analyzing activities for improvement opportunities, enhancing the use of key business tools (such as Salesforce), supporting report and dashboard creation, and ensuring data quality.


• Structure business operations by translating processes into detailed work instructions, keeping documentation up to date, critically reviewing processes, and proposing improvements as needed.


• Perform the Business Key User role for assigned business domains, including requirements gathering, test preparation, and UAT validation.


• Represent the business unit in forums such as prioritization and sprint planning meetings, and contribute to RFCs and business cases.

• Master’s degree.


• At least 6 years of relevant experience.


• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.


• Experience with requirements gathering, business case development, lean process definition, risk\-based testing, and mastery of Office tools.


• Proven experience in the financial sector and with Salesforce (or equivalent).


• Strong ability to identify optimizations in processes and tools, solution\-oriented mindset, client\-first mentality, and supportive teaching skills.


• Organizational and entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, excellent administrative skills, and strong communication abilities at all levels.


• Analytical and conceptual thinking, negotiation and persuasion skills, self\-starter attitude, problem\-solving capabilities, quality\-mindedness, goal orientation, openness to change, and eagerness to understand business strategy and provide recommendations.


• Expectation: 50% on site \& 50% homeworking.
