Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a segmented target\-account list and CRM.
- Identify actual buyers, influencers and intermediaries for each opportunity.
- Prospect through warm introductions, networking, direct outreach, events, and referrals.
- Book and prepare qualified founder meetings.
- Own routine follow\-up, next actions and pipeline hygiene.
- Develop corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate proposals, rate cards, supplier onboarding and commercial documentation.
- Work with the marketing/PR agency on account\-specific collateral and campaigns.
- Develop referral/co\-marketing models and industry partnerships.
- Attend relevant London industry events and execute systematic follow\-up.
- Track won revenue, active accounts, repeat bookings, margin, and account potential.
- Strong knowledge of the London hospitality, corporate travel, entertainment, events, private aviation, luxury services, or premium mobility market.
- Proven experience winning and developing B2B accounts or commercial partnerships.
- An established understanding of how to reach senior buyers and decision\-makers.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building skills.
- Ability to manage the complete business development cycle, from prospecting to account conversion.
- Good understanding of supplier onboarding, service\-level agreements, rate cards, invoicing, account terms, and corporate procurement.
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, credible, and professional when dealing with senior clients.
- Commercial awareness, including the ability to protect margins and avoid discount\-led selling.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of follow\-ups and results.
- Availability to attend regular meetings and industry events across London.
Experience or an existing network in one or more of the following sectors would be highly valuable:
- Five\-star hotels and luxury hospitality
- Concierge and lifestyle\-management services
- Corporate travel and travel\-management companies
- Film, television, entertainment, and events
- Private aviation, charter services, or FBOs
- Premium chauffeur, automotive, or mobility services
- Luxury retail, membership clubs, or private\-client services
