Business Development Officer

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new business across our weddings, events, and gym/leisure departments.

This is a proactive sales role. You'll spend your first few weeks embedded with each department to learn the product, then take ownership of generating and converting new enquiries \- through outbound prospecting, follow\-ups, show\-rounds, and partnership building.

You'll need:

• Sales experience


• A closer's mindset \- comfortable on the phone and chasing leads


• Self\-motivation to deliver in a hybrid setup

• £12\.71/hour \+ commission across all three revenue streams


• Hybrid working (Frodsham\-based)
