Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are a Independent award winning restaurant in the heart of Frodsham, passionate about quality ingredients, seasonal produce, sustainability, eclectic bar offering, tasting menus and food \+ wine pairing; we are also featured in the MICHELIN Guide, Good Food Guide and awarded 3 AA Rosettes.
An exciting position for an Assistant Manager has arisen at Next Door, this is perfect for an individual with a passion for food and high quality service. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Experience within a restaurant with 'AA rosettes' or recognised by the 'MICHELIN' or 'The Good Food Guide' is preferred but not necessary.
This position is perfect for a candidate looking to grow within the hospitality industry, there are many opportunities to develop skills and qualifications.

Experience
- Experience is a similar venue is preferred with supervisory/management experience of 2\+ years
- WSET Level 2 or above is preferred
- Seasonal Food knowledge is also preferred
Your day to day will be working directly with the Restaurant Director with main responsibilities including: team development, customer relations, knowledge of the restaurant and its products, logistical developments and general day to day running's of the restaurant.
Team working, positive attitude and high attention to detail is essential. We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for quality food and drink.

Our ideal candidate must have full availability across our day open (Wednesday to Saturday).
Approx £30,000/py based on 40hr contract, tronc approx £4,000\-£6,000/py)
40/pw across four days, hours can be reduced to 3 and a half days a week if preferred

Pay: £35,000\.00 per year
