Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager who can independently drive lead generation, manage international client relationships, and identify business opportunities across multiple digital verticals.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, business\-focused, and capable of building strategic growth funnels aligned with Viyu’s digital ecosystem model.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate qualified business leads across various industries and digital verticals

· Develop new business opportunities for:

o Digital Marketing

o Affiliate Marketing

o eLearning Platforms

o Content Platforms

o iGaming \& Betting Campaigns

o Web \& Mobile Solutions

· Manage complete sales and lead generation lifecycle independently

· Handle international business development across Asia, Europe, and Africa

· Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Create business funnels and outreach strategies for growth

· Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project discussions

· Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities

· Maintain high business ethics and professional communication standards

Required Skills \& Experience

✅ minimum 1 year experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
✅ Experience in digital agency, IT services, affiliate, media, or marketing industry
✅ Strong understanding of international markets
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Experience in client management and relationship building
✅ Ability to work independently and achieve targets
✅ Understanding of digital business models and performance marketing
✅ Creative, spontaneous, and proactive mindset
✅ Ready to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
