Business Development Manager – UK Employer Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our UK employer partnerships. Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with prospective employer partners across various industries within the UK.


• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our value proposition to potential partners.


• Manage the end\-to\-end sales cycle, from initial outreach through negotiations, contract signing, and onboarding.


• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, account management, and operations to ensure seamless partnership integration.


• Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze partnership performance metrics.


• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting employer partnerships in the UK.


• Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the UK employment or workforce solutions sector.


• Strong proficiency in CRM software tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident, energetic approach to engaging stakeholders.


• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively in a fast\-paced environment.


• Knowledge of the UK job market landscape, employment regulations, and employer needs is highly desirable.
