Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.


• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.


• Lead the end\-to\-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.


• Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyse performance metrics.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives.


• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.


• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the same industry.


• Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with other CRM platforms is advantageous.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.


• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that deliver measurable results.


• A proactive approach with a strong drive for success.
