Northern Telecom is looking for a dynamic and experienced salesperson to join our growing B2B focussed team.
Northern Telecom is part of a growing Telecoms and IT Group with offices in Yorkshire, Wales and Kent. We're a £10m\+ turnover business with circa 100 staff.
We're looking for a colleague that can:
- Generate a pipeline and source new leads through networking, referrals, and cold\-calling
- Create compelling and commercial proposals and pitches
- Close deals face\-to\-face, over the phone or virtually with decision makers in a variety of roles and sectors
- Forecast and maintain records accurately
- Manage the handover from sales to business as usual Account Management
- Drive and a great work ethic
- A 'hunter' mentality
- Proven B2B sales experience (preferably with IT or Telecoms sales experience)
- Strong communication skills
- The potential and desire to grow a sales team and step into a leadership role in the medium term
Job Types: Full\-time, Commission, Permanent
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year
