At SiteCare Ltd we are growing fast and we're looking for another Business Development Manager to join our team. We provide bespoke software solutions that help our customers manage their sites, oversee security guards, and conduct quality audits with ease and efficiency.
Monitoring alarms, CCTV, lone\-worker and callpoint systems across the UK, and managing the handling of emergency events, strategic incident planning and service level monitoring.
Our contact centre can also be used to provide an out\-of\-hours or full\-time manned desk to receive calls or notification for a number of sectors, such as a staff hotline or building maintenance hotline.
Our innovative technology is transforming the way businesses manage safety, security, and compliance — and we’re growing fast.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Salesperson to join our team. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with new clients, showcasing the value of our solutions, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for technology and problem\-solving.
Our focus is to increase business into our control centre (from all sectors), to increase subscribers of our online tools (SiteCare, GuardCare and AuditCare), and work with clients to provide bespoke software/internet solutions to transform their business.
Our target clients are small to meduim sized security companies who could accelerate and streamline their business by using our services, so a good understanding of the security sector and our typical client base would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads to win new business.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to potential clients.
- Build long\-term client relationships based on trust and value.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Represent SiteCare at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Gaining new clients through the use of cold/warm calls, social media and LinkedIN.
- Proven experience in B2B sales (software, technology, or service\-based industries preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self\-motivated, results\-driven, and confident in closing deals.
- Full UK driving licence.
- £36,000 base salary.
