Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring: BDM – Maintenance Sector

Location: Hybrid (Office / Remote) \+ Client Visits
Reports To: Company Directors / Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business development manager to join our growing team in the lightning protection industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping drive company growth.

You’ll have the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office, while also meeting clients on\-site to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Driving new business and increasing overall sales performance
✔ Generating and improving the volume of sales enquiries
✔ Meeting clients to discuss projects and provide expert solutions
✔ Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients
✔ Preparing quotations and proposals
✔ Working both independently and as part of a supportive team
✔ Reporting sales performance, pipeline activity, and opportunities directly to the Directors

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or sales management

Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
A proactive, results\-driven approach to winning new business
Ability to manage your own workload while collaborating with a team
Experience in Maintenance , lightning protection, construction, electrical, or related industries is an advantage
