We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

  • Conduct regular follow\-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross\-selling.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision\-making.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities for senior management.

Experience
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within relevant industries.

  • Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship management.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently at all levels of an organisation.

  • A proactive attitude with the capability to work independently as well as part of a team. Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
