Business Development Manager
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s wholesale distribution network and increasing sales of refurbished mobile devices in the UK and European markets. Key duties will include:
Identifying and developing new wholesale business opportunities with retailers, distributors and commercial buyers.
Establishing and maintaining long\-term relationships with retail partners, resellers and commercial clients.
Negotiating commercial supply agreements, pricing structures and bulk sales arrangements with customers.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the refurbished mobile phone sector.
Developing strategies to increase market share and sales revenue within the UK wholesale market.
Identifying potential export opportunities within European markets and assisting with the expansion of international sales channels.
Coordinating promotional activities and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing product demand.
Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports on sales growth, customer acquisition and market opportunities.
Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to ensure sufficient stock availability and product quality to meet customer demand.
Representing the company in commercial negotiations, trade discussions and business networking opportunities.
Contributing to the development of long\-term business growth strategies and identifying opportunities for diversification of products or services.
Skills Required:
Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in wholesale markets.
Experience in sales negotiation and commercial contract discussions with retailers and distributors.
Ability to build and maintain long\-term relationships with wholesale customers and commercial buyers.
Knowledge of pricing strategies, margins and wholesale distribution models.
Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis within the mobile phone or consumer electronics sector.
Strong understanding of sales strategy development and revenue growth planning.
Ability to identify new distribution channels and market expansion opportunities, including potential European markets.
Ability to analyse sales data, customer trends and market demand.
Experience in preparing sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
Ability to coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure product availability and quality standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: £36,000\.00\-£48,000\.00 per year
