Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop customised proposals and presentations to meet client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted strategies for business growth
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet organisational targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
