We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our aesthetics, medical training and related healthcare services across the UK and international markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, increasing training course enrolments and strengthening the company's presence across key emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
\- Identify and develop new business opportunities nationally and internationally across aesthetics, medical training and related healthcare sectors.
\- Drive business growth by increasing training course enrolments and developing academy, clinic and professional partnerships.
\- Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, aesthetic and medical practices, influencers, key opinion leaders and institutional partners.
\- Develop and implement commercial growth strategies through market research, competitor analysis, lead generation and identification of new market opportunities.
\- Drive digital and social media growth to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, customer retention, lead generation and course enrolments across key markets.
\- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients, partners and commercial opportunities and support their progression from initial contact through to agreement.
\- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, industry meetings and partner engagements in the UK and internationally.
\- Monitor commercial performance and market developments, reporting progress, opportunities and strategic recommendations directly to the Director.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have strong business development, relationship management and commercial skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable business growth.
The role requires excellent communication and networking skills, commercial awareness, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to operate effectively across both UK and international markets.
Pay: £56,000\.00 per year
