Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and growth targets
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness on all online platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within a fast\-paced environment
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales processes
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve measurable results
- Knowledge of CRM software integration and data analysis is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
Pay: £42,550\.00\-£65,863\.13 per year
