Business Development Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Identify new local business opportunities to increase restaurant sales and customer visits.


• Build relationships with nearby businesses, clients, partners and regular customers.


• Promote catering orders, group bookings and small private events.


• Create and support simple promotional offers to attract new and returning customers.


• Follow up with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.


• Monitor customer feedback, local demand, competitors and market trends.


• Work with management and marketing teams to improve sales and brand awareness.


• Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, customer contacts and sales activity.


• Report business development progress and customer trends to management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans based on insights gathered.


• Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


• A proactive attitude with a results\-driven approach.
