Business Development Manager – Hospitality \& Franchise Expansion

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, investors, and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and lay the foundations for our commercial expansion.

*The Role*

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, strengthening our market presence, and mapping out the commercial expansion of the business. You will be a hands\-on, self\-motivated individual who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys turning strategic ideas into actionable results.

*Key Responsibilities*

● Evaluate \& Optimize: Work closely with the existing management team to deeply

understand our current business model, operational processes, and commercial success

factors.

● Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to support revenue

growth and market expansion within the London market.

● Strategic Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and

commercial feasibility assessments.

● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors,

landlords, commercial partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

● Strategic Planning: Support the development of commercial growth strategies aligned

with our long\-term franchise expansion objectives.

● Brand Building: Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to strengthen brand

presence and drive customer acquisition.

● Reporting \& Proposals: Prepare compelling business proposals, growth plans,

presentations, and commercial reports for senior leadership and investors.

● Market Monitoring: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to

inform ongoing strategic decision\-making.

● Networking: Represent the business at industry events, networking meetings, and

partnership discussions.

● Expansion Execution: Assist in identifying suitable locations and commercial

opportunities for future franchise development, managing growth initiatives from

planning through to execution.

*Essential Requirements*

● Experience: 3–4 years' experience in a Business Development, Commercial Growth, or

similar role within a start\-up, scale\-up, or high\-growth environment.

● Industry Knowledge: Experience in the hospitality, food service, catering, restaurant,

retail, or franchise sectors is highly desirable.

● Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of

identifying and developing growth opportunities.

● Marketing Insight: A solid understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and brand

development strategies.

● Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with

experience building and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

● Project Management: The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

● Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Gujarati

is highly advantageous and considered a strong bonus.
