Bathroom & Kitchen Designer

TS Heating \& Bathrooms are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer\-focused Bathroom \& Kitchen Designer to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design, customer service, and creating beautiful spaces. The successful candidate will work closely with customers from the initial design stage through to product specification and ordering, helping them bring their dream bathroom or kitchen to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a professional and friendly service.


• Assist customers in selecting bathroom suites, kitchens, tiles, shower wall panels, flooring, and associated products.


• Create detailed 3D bathroom and kitchen designs using CAD software.


• Develop initial design concepts from room surveys and measurements provided by our installation team.


• Work closely with customers to refine and amend designs until they are completely satisfied.


• Produce quotations and product schedules.


• Order products and liaise with suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.


• Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge.


• Work closely with the installation team to ensure designs are practical and achievable.

• Comfortable working with computers and design software.


• Confident communicating with customers both face\-to\-face and over the phone.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.


• Passionate about design and helping customers create their ideal space.

Experience

The following would be beneficial but not essential:

• Bathroom, kitchen, or interior design experience.


• CAD or 3D design software experience (ArtiCAD experience would be an advantage).


• Showroom, retail, or customer service experience.


• Knowledge of bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, flooring, and associated products.

Full training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
