<p>We're looking for a structured, curious, and driven Business Development Manager / Project Lead to help build this from the ground up!</p>
<p>In this position, you will take ownership of shaping and developing our approach to hospitals and medical institutions across Germany. <br>This starts by early-stage research and defining the right go-to-market approach, through piloting with individual institutions, to building the long-term relationships and processes that turn a pilot into a scalable business.<br><br>Are you ready for your next ride?</p>

<h2><strong>YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Research and map the German hospital and healthcare market, identifying relevant institutions, decision-makers, and their specific operational challenges</li>
<li>Design and run pilots with individual institutions, gathering data and feedback to refine our approach before scaling</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding and implementation, ensuring hospitals are set up successfully and issues are resolved quickly</li>
<li>Translate market and client insights into recommendations for Product and Operations, helping shape how our Health solutions evolve</li>
<li>Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, detailing project progress, market trends, and strategic recommendations</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>+3 years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or a related field; experience in the healthcare sector is a plus!</li>
<li>Fluency in German and English is required due to regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and build a working approach from scratch, without an established playbook or network to lean on</li>
<li>Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills</li>
<li>You feel comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, still-evolving environment</li>
