We work with property management companies, managing agents, surveyors, housing associations and commercial clients throughout London and the South East.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and secure new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
\* Develop relationships with property management companies and managing agents
\* Identify and secure new business opportunities
\* Generate leads and arrange meetings with decision\-makers
\* Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into contracts
\* Identify tender opportunities
\* Build long\-term relationships with clients
\* Increase company turnover and profitability
Requirements
\* Proven experience in construction, property maintenance or facilities management sales
\* Strong communication and negotiation skills
\* Self\-motivated and target driven
\* Existing industry contacts are highly desirable
\* Full UK driving licence preferred
Preferred Experience:

\* Housing Associations
\* Roofing \& Building Maintenance
\* Surveying Sector
